  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp nautral peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • blueberries, sliced banana, chopped nuts, hemp hearts, raspberries, etc. optional

  • Add all the ingredients together into a bowl and stir to combine. Add in any additional toppings you like. Enjoy.
