California Prune, Apple, and Walnut Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups old fashioned/large flake oats
  • 2 cups milk (any type works, dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup pitted, chopped, California Prunes
  • 1 apple, diced into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease an 8x8 baking pan.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well.
  • Pour the oatmeal mixture into the pan and bake until set, about 30-35mins.
  • Serve warm or reheat leftovers in the microwave for an easy weekday breakfast. Top with more milk of your choice.
