  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 3/4 cup white kidney or cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and add ice if desired.
