- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease a baking dish with oil or nonstick spray.
- Add all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir to combine.
- Pour into the baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes until the oatmeal is set.
- Serve warm. Top with a dollop of Greek yogurt if desired or additional milk.
